Adhiti Education Trust (AET) is a public trust committed to providing
equitable and meaningful learning opportunities to children from
socio-economically disadvantaged communities in West Bengal. Founded
on the belief that quality education is a fundamental right, AET works
to reduce educational inequities shaped by geography, income, and
social circumstance.
অধীতি এডুকেশন ট্রাস্ট (AET) একটি পাবলিক ট্রাস্ট, যা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের
সামাজিক-অর্থনৈতিকভাবে পিছিয়ে থাকা শিশুদের জন্য সমান ও অর্থবহ শিক্ষার
সুযোগ নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। গুণগত শিক্ষা প্রত্যেক শিশুর
মৌলিক অধিকার—এই বিশ্বাসকে ভিত্তি করে AET ভৌগোলিক অবস্থান, আর্থিক
সীমাবদ্ধতা ও সামাজিক বাস্তবতা থেকে তৈরি হওয়া শিক্ষাগত বৈষম্য কমাতে
কাজ করে।

আমাদের দর্শন
At the heart of AET’s work is a child-centred educational philosophy that
prioritises reasoning, curiosity, and independent thinking. The Trust
views education as a holistic process that supports not only academic
growth but also the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every
child.
AET-এর শিক্ষাদর্শনের কেন্দ্রবিন্দুতে রয়েছে শিশু। এখানে শিশুর যুক্তিবোধ,
কৌতূহল ও স্বাধীন চিন্তাভাবনাকে সবচেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়। AET বিশ্বাস
করে, শিক্ষা শুধু পড়াশোনার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—এটি শিশুর শারীরিক, মানসিক ও
আবেগগত সুস্থতাকেও সমানভাবে সমর্থন করে।
By nurturing awareness, empathy, and responsibility, AET seeks to shape
learners who are confident, thoughtful, and socially conscious.
Recognising that the students of today will become the citizens who
shape the future of society and the nation, AET is committed to
developing well-informed individuals capable of making reasoned
decisions and contributing meaningfully to their communities.
সচেতনতা, সহমর্মিতা ও দায়িত্ববোধ গড়ে তুলে AET আত্মবিশ্বাসী, চিন্তাশীল ও
সমাজসচেতন মানুষ তৈরি করতে চায়। AET মনে করে, আজকের শিক্ষার্থীরাই আগামী

Our Reach
আমাদের কাজের পরিধি
Since its inception on 7 February 2022, Adhiti Education Trust has been
working alongside communities across rural and semi-rural West Bengal,
reaching children and families in Purulia, Bankura, Hooghly, and North
and South 24 Parganas. Through Dhulomati and Slate Pencil, our work
begins with understanding the needs of children within their own
communities--because these children are not only the future of their
communities, but of our country. We work with local communities to create
joyful, meaningful learning opportunities that build strong foundations
for children to learn, grow and thrive.
৭ই ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২২-এ যাত্রা শুরু করার পর থেকে অধীতি এডুকেশন ট্রাস্ট
পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বিভিন্ন গ্রামীণ ও আধা-গ্রামীণ এলাকায় সক্রিয়ভাবে কাজ করছে।
পুরুলিয়া, বাঁকুড়া, হুগলি, উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনার মতো জেলাগুলিতে তাদের
কর্মসূচি পরিচালিত হচ্ছে। স্থানীয় বাস্তবতাকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে এবং সম্প্রদায়ের
সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে কাজ করে এই কর্মসূচিগুলি তৈরি করা হয়েছে, যাতে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি
ও টেকসই প্রভাব তৈরি করা যায়।
Our Approach
আমাদের পদ্ধতি
Adhiti Education Trust works through two complementary programs--Dhulomati,
a full preschool program for young children, and Slate Pencil, a learning
program that helps children aged 5-8 bridge learning gaps and helps them
learn essential skills often overlooked in schools. Together, they respond
to the needs of children at different stages of their learning journey,
with a focus on strong foundations, confidence, curiosity and the joy of
learning.
AET-এর কাজ দুটি পরস্পর-সম্পূরক শিক্ষা উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়—
ধুলোমাটি ও স্লেট পেন্সিল। এই উদ্যোগগুলি শিশুদের শেখার যাত্রার ভিন্ন
পর্যায়ের প্রয়োজন বুঝে তাদের পাশে থাকে। মজবুত ভিত্তি, আত্মবিশ্বাস,
কৌতূহল ও আনন্দময় শেখার পরিবেশ গড়ে তোলাই এর উদ্দেশ্য।
Funded by the public and supported by committed citizens, Adhiti Education
Trust works with transparency, accountability and a deep sense of
collective responsibility. We believe meaningful change begins within
communities. By working closely with children, families and local
communities, we strive to create learning opportunities that are relevant,
joyful and lasting--helping children grow into confident individuals who
can contribute to the future of their communities and our country.
জনসাধারণের সহায়তায় পরিচালিত এই ট্রাস্ট স্বচ্ছতা, জবাবদিহি ও সম্মিলিত
দায়িত্ববোধকে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্ব দেয়। স্থানীয় মানুষের অংশগ্রহণ ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদি
সংযোগের মাধ্যমে AET তৃণমূল স্তরে শিক্ষার পরিবেশকে শক্তিশালী করতে ও গুণগত
শিক্ষার সুযোগ বাড়াতে কাজ করে চলেছে।

Adhiti Education Trust established on 2 January 2023 is guided by a
committed Board and leadership team with diverse experience across
education, social development, law, rural engagement, and organisational
management. Together, they provide strategic direction, governance
oversight, and operational leadership to ensure that the Trust’s mission
is pursued with integrity, accountability, and long-term vision.
২রা জানুয়ারি, ২০২৩-এ প্রতিষ্ঠিত অধীতি এডুকেশন ট্রাস্ট পরিচালিত হচ্ছে
একটি অভিজ্ঞ ও প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ বোর্ড ও নেতৃত্ব দলের মাধ্যমে। শিক্ষা,
সামাজিক উন্নয়ন, আইন, গ্রামীণ কাজ ও সংগঠন পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে তাঁদের
সম্মিলিত অভিজ্ঞতা ট্রাস্টকে সঠিক দিশা দেখায়। তাঁরা নীতি নির্ধারণ,
তদারকি ও পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে ট্রাস্টের লক্ষ্যকে সততা ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদি
দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির সঙ্গে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যান।
